Stick your downward dogAmazing... i have extremely sweaty hands and feet and therefore have never been able to hold a pose... until i purchased the skidless towel. It does take a bit of moisture to get the towel to work at it's best so either place your hands in the same place consistently or spritz down with a little water beforehand. The only reason i didn't give this 5 stars is that i still slipped a bit on inversions but not like i did before. I highly recommend this towel to anyone having trouble holding poses during their practice due to slippage.
